Teal Class have been immersing themselves into the world of penguins, ice and all things Antarctica.
We have created ‘icy collage pictures’ based on our new ‘Power of Reading’ unit, practicing our gluing, tearing and cutting skills. Of course, we have busily painted penguins and made our own penguin stick puppets. You may have also spotted us in the hall dancing to Vivaldi’s Four Seasons! Our dance includes an odd mixture of ice-skating, acting and dramatic movement as we become the harsh and icy wind itself. Don’t forget our new, excitable classroom penguins…they have been swimming all week!
We are so proud of what we have achieved so far. If you want to find us, we might be outside in the research station for scientists in Antarctica trying to answer some of our many questions.
