There has been a noticeable buzz around school today. Ten eggs were delivered to school on Monday and this morning they started to hatch. By the end of the day, eight of the eggs had hatched into little chicks.
>Children in Cobalt Class have been learning about the plight of orangutans whose habitat is being destroyed by the production of palm oil and the campaign by Greenpeace. They wrote letters to various people and organisations to find out more. Look who replied!
Huge thank you to Minch Academy pupils and parents for visiting Roving Bookshop today. Lots of brilliant books bought. With all of the books bought today, Minch Academy has been able to buy £300 worth of new books for all of the classes.
