In PSHE we have been learning to debate respectfully and understanding about relationships with family and friends. This week we have talked about personal body space and how to respect others space with some acting to bring it to life.
In our indoor PE lessons last term the children were learning to line dance, withe everyone getting involved with a few Yee haas along the way! This term we are learning some yoga and how to use it as a calm and reflective exercise.
In English we are reading the Book One Plastic Bag which links with our geography topic of Plastic Planet. We have been looking at the damage of plastic to our environment as well as the children making protest posters in Art. This week children made bags out of recycled pieces of paper and plastic and they will now embark on writing advertisements to sell their bags.
