Mexicolore – Sky Class Write up
Led by Ian and his granddaughter Johanna from Mexicolore, on Friday 8th September, Years 5 and 6 were immersed in a morning of Ancient Maya and Aztec culture. The children had the chance to create music, chants, dress up in traditional clothing and experience day to day activities young Maya and Aztec children would have completed. It was a brilliant experience to spark curiosity in the Year 5 and 6’s at the beginning of our Autumn Term.
