Indigo Class have been busy bees this week! We have been learning all about honeybees in particular. In addition to learning about the jobs that bees do and the problems we would have if honeybees became extinct, the children have all drawn a careful anatomical diagram of a bee and labelled the different body parts. On Wednesday we were lucky enough to have a visit from a bee keeper who told us all about caring for these very special creatures. At the end of the week we used the computers to answer questions on honeybees via the Kahoot app. The children have made posters to inform the residents of Minchinhampton about honeybees and how we can help them. You may well find one in your letterbox this weekend!
