Busy time in Cyan Class
We are really enjoying our Power of Reading book; Marcy and the Riddle of the Sphinx. This week we have become illustrators, interpreting the text from a section of the story. Our role on the wall was of Marcy the main character from the story. We performed sections of the story. We can’t wait to find out what happens next! Power of Reading units always keep us guessing as they reveal each part of the story at a time.
We had a special visitor to our class when Corey and his brother brought Corey’s corn snake to school! We were so interested to touch it, look at it and find our more about snakes.
