Indigo Class has been learning hockey skills on a Monday afternoon. The children have been practising holding their sticks correctly, leading their ball accurately around an obstacle course and even passing the ball to each other AND trying to gain possession of it!
We have been busy making our bee leaflets and our other written work presentable!
On a Thursday afternoon with Mrs Langston, these brilliant Year 2 pupils have been learning a tune on their recorders which they are getting pretty confident with! Additionally, they have been practising using a watercolour wash over a pencil drawing, creating a ‘wild flower and bee’ illustration.
Obviously, Indigo Class has continued to blow us away with their concentration in maths and their careful reading. We have been completing quizzes recently and they have given us 100% of their effort! They have also acted very sensibly during our RSE discussions.
I shall very much miss teaching this sparky bunch of children!
