Music Lessons

Instrumental Tuition for Autumn 2017

If you would like your child to have the opportunity to learn an instrument, or continue with learning an instrument, please would you indicate on the form below.
Lessons are billed by the instrumental teacher and they will be responsible for invoicing and collecting the money. The children’s lessons will be timetabled on a rolling programme so as not to miss the same academic lesson each week.
You will be asked by the instrumental teacher to sign an agreement which will make you aware of the billing and cancellation procedures. If your child is on a school trip, away from school due to ill health or medical appointments, please know it is your responsibility to inform the musical teacher directly that your child will be missing the lesson.
You may hire instruments from the Music Service (the music teacher will discuss this with you), but in order to take up piano lessons you will have to have a piano or large keyboard.

You will be contacted by the instrumental teacher with regard to these lessons.
Yours faithfully
N Moss  Head Teacher

Michael (Dinesh) Sheldon

Guitar and Ukulele Tuition

I teach guitar and ukulele for all levels and ages. I live in Minchinhampton and have been teaching at the Minchinhampton Primary Academy since March 2015. I have been playing guitar for 38 years and teaching for the last 5.

My aim is to foster a love of music and will coach students through the music grades if requested (ABRSM or RGT exams) though not at the expense of losing the joy of playing of an instrument and making music.

I specialise in classical and acoustic guitar, and am a member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors (RGT).
