Harvest Experience
During Wednesday and Thursday Years 5/6 visited the church to celebrate Harvest.
We were split up into groups and then went round to different areas of the church. Each area we got to listen to different things about: gardens, oceans, pottery and we even got to try homemade bread.
Ike said, ‘It was a great to increase our knowledge about R.E. We were able to create our own pottery out of clay and we learnt and felt what it’s like to grind corn.’
