Today we have been reading ‘I Can’t Do This’ by KJ Walton.
We talked about developing a growth mind set where instead of saying “I can’t do this”, we say “I can’t do this yet”. We have to keep thinking and thinking and trying and trying until we can do it.
Here we are having a good think about what we are really good at and what we would like to be able to do that we can’t do yet.
Isaac would like to learn how to build a dragon. Jacob wants to learn how to write words. Keira wants to be able to draw a butterfly. Poppy wants to learn how to do a handstand. Mimi wants to ride her bike without stabilisers.
