We have been playing football in Aqua Class. Some very impressive footwork and goalkeeping.  We are also getting better at running around the field. Most of us can now run all the way around without stopping and some of us can run twice. Well done Aqua Class!

Today we went to Church to learn all about Harvest. For some of us it was our first visit to the church. We were all well behaved and listened to the lovely ladies at each of the learning stations. We made a clay pot, ate bread and we were all given a friendship bracelet.  We also heard a story in the sukkah, learned about different vegetables and seeds and the harvest from the ocean. Milo counted 13 fishes in the net.

Thank you to all of the ladies in the church for such an informative, interesting morning.

Guess which phoneme we were learning today?

Yes, today we learnt ‘a’. In our talk partners we thought of as many animals as we could that began with ‘a’. We came up with armadillo, anteater, antelope, alpaca, and we substituted bull, cat and rat in our Little Red Hen story with albatross, ant and alligator.
