the beauty of older siblings.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-28\" src=\"http:\/\/www.minchacademy.net\/pgl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/IMG_1265-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1265\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-29\" src=\"http:\/\/www.minchacademy.net\/pgl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/IMG_1266-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1266\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.minchacademy.net\/pgl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/IMG_1266-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.minchacademy.net\/pgl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/IMG_1266-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.minchacademy.net\/pgl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/IMG_1266-1200x1600.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.minchacademy.net\/pgl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/IMG_1266.jpg 1944w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 85vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Terry \u00e2\u20ac\u201c our Groupie met us as we arrived.\u00c2\u00a0 He quickly showed us to our rooms and the children found out who they were rooming with.\u00c2\u00a0 Not a single complaint, smiles all round.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A safety talk, fire alarm practice and tour of the site came next with all children completely in awe of the site.\u00c2\u00a0 A few were surprised to find that deodorants would set off the fire alarm\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.as well as hair spray (Miss Whitehead) and with a number of net ball teams on site\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6who knows what the night may bring.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Before we knew it, tea time had arrived.\u00c2\u00a0 The menu\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Battered fish.<\/li>\n<li>Chips<\/li>\n<li>Peas<\/li>\n<li>Sweetcorn<\/li>\n<li>Pasta bake<\/li>\n<li>Copious amounts of salad<\/li>\n<li>Doughnuts<\/li>\n<li>and fruit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-30\" src=\"http:\/\/www.minchacademy.net\/pgl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/IMG_1274-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1274\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Delicious\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Gorgeous\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Full\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Food is always a firm favourite!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No time to waste, with over 1000 children on site we moved quickly on to Evening Ents and Wacky Races!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This involved our three teams wearing a hat racing, acting and just generally working really well together.\u00c2\u00a0 Highlight was watching as one child try to lay an imaginary egg; Miss Whitehead made good use of her hair!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-33\" src=\"http:\/\/www.minchacademy.net\/pgl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/05\/IMG_1295-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1295\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Genuinely a fantastic first evening and the kids are loving it! \u00c2\u00a0They\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re tiring now though as a few have even asked to go to bed!\u00c2\u00a0 We still have Team names to decide, a bedtime story to calm us down whilst the tidiest room is judged but bed will come soon &#8211; followed sometime by sleep.
